Chef is avilable and welcome costumers with beautiful smile since start until finish . Housekeepers avilable at morning . Postgreetings to HK Lady of 9th floor . She clean very well . Quality of Shambo . Lotion is very good . Everything avilabe : shave . H.dryee. threads w. Sewings shoes. And shine sponge . No bad smell at all either room or water cycle . Mattresse and pellowes are comfort . Blankets. Bed sheet . Blankets very clean . Spotless. Good smile . Shawer water pressure . Hot .cold . Perfect and darainage very well without any accumulation or collection . Car park is safe . I still extend residency bcz honestly value : Money is 10 rate . We had a truly pleasant stay at the Grand Makel Hotel in Istanbul, where we’ve stayed multiple times and have always been very pleased with their excellent service and warm hospitality. The staff consistently go above and beyond with their extra care and support, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience every time. The cleanliness of the hotel is absolutely marvellous, everything is kept in perfect condition. The buffet is another highlight — offering fresh, delicious food, a wide variety of desserts, and great drink options. The hotel’s location is ideal, with excellent bus connections to all parts of the city, making it very convenient for exploring Istanbul. A heartfelt thank you to the manager and the entire staff, especially Mahmud at the front desk, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with — professional, kind, and always helpful.
